I’m really just reblogging this because this is hands-down Usagi’s best outfit. Ever. I would to steal it RIGHT OFF OF HER. Does she ever wear this ever in the actual show? I don’t think so. Just this one stupid promo pic. BUT. UGH. UGH. Where did it go?! Was she borrowing it from someone? Did she just try it on the store (the hat store? do they even have hat stores outside of Disneyland?) and leave it? What happened to that adorable outfit?
